Preminary discussion and client engagement pack

Preliminaries: This will generally involve either a phone call or initial email exchange.

New Client Engagement Pack: Our new client pack allows us to understand your circumstances and includes the following:
This guide – Which outlines how we work and also how we charge.
Fact find – This seeks information such as your age, income, assets and liabilities. Attitude to risk questionnaire – This allows us access your understanding of, and attitude to, risk.
Terms of business letter – This details the basis on which we provide service.

THE PROCESS - STEP 2

Discovery Meeting

Our initial meeting will allow us to form a deeper understanding of your circumstances and requirements. At these meetings we often find ourselves answering many of the questions our clients have making this one of the most valuable pieces of the process. Your discovery meeting will take between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

Recommendation meeting

Following the discovery meeting we will collate your information, conduct research and analysis and prepare your recommendation. Recommendations are discussed and explained at this meeting and amendments made as appropria

Action plan & implementation

In executing recommendations, implementation work is generally required. We will prepare necessary documents and action points keeping you appraised as things progress

Annual review

We will review your plan on an annual basis to ensure it remains current and up to date. Your review meeting will generally take between 45mins and 1 ½ hours.
